Freedom Challenge

Freedom Challenge 1.0 pilot in select markets of AEM in 2020, we took this initiative across AEM in 2021 and with your support, we witnessed a great participation. 

The Freedom Challenge 3.0 (2022 Edition) across Asia Emerging Markets and India. The construct of the program is similar to last year, with certain refinements/additions including the Grand Prize “Trip to H-D Homecoming Festival”.

The important contest dates are mentioned below:

1.    Registration opens: 3rd September 2022 till 10th September 2022. Dealers are suggested to promote the contest in this period and create awareness to maximize registrations till 10th September

2.    Contest: 11th September 2022- 10th October 2022 

3.    Applicable markets: AEM & India

4.    Prizes: Rider challenges – patches, caps, t-shirts, wrist bands

5.    Grand Prize: Fully paid trip (sponsored by H-D) to Homecoming Event in Milwaukee 2023 for winner and a companion (Philippines – to be confirmed basis government approval. For all other markets, the mega prize contest is approved basis the local legal conditions). Visa formalities and its related cost will be the sole responsibility of the winning individual. 

The form iterates the various riding challenges that the Freedom Challenge contains, and each challenge will win the rider certain points. At the end of the contest, the rider with maximum number of points will win the GRAND PRIZE (ticket to homecoming). For all other challenges, there are different prizes to be won including a participant patch. 

How to register:

Step 1: The participant to fill the attached form (dealership to provide the form) and select one category- solo, partnered-up (2) or group of 5. Participant to download H-D app to qualify as a participant and show it as a proof to the local dealer. *H-D app condition not applicable on South Korea. Dealer to sign & stamp the filled form and mention the date of the registration in the form

Step 2: Dealer partner to input the details in their own google sheet along with the starting kilometers of the rider (Format attached) 

Step 3: Dealer partner to share their final participant sheet by 12th September (latest) with Samarth.airon@harley-davidson.com 

Step 4: Rider to visit the dealer again at the earliest to claim THE MILEAGE MILESTONE on achieving the milestone as per the category in the form (Example- for solo rider it is 190.3 and 600kms) -only one winner in each category for every milestone. One category can have maximum two winners. 

Step 5: Dealer partner to update the rider in their respective google sheet as the winner of THE MILEAGE MILESTONE and share the rider details with samarth.airon@harley-davidson.com 

Step 6: Riders to visit the dealer partner again at the end of contest period and dealer partner to update the final kilometers latest by 12th October. Once a Rider has submitted the final form to declare his/her riding challenge completion, he/she cannot re-enter the contest. The original form will be retained by the dealership and customers to be provided a photocopy for their records. 

Step 7: Dealer partner to share their sheets with samarth.airon@harley-davidson.com for final scoring, latest by 12th October 2022

Step 8: AEM team to calculate the total points and announce the mega winner tentatively by 15th October 2022. AEM to also validate and confirm the other winners and plan shipment of the winning merchandise to respective dealers

HOG privilege: HOG members have a 10% privilege with the kilometers under each category and contest.
